Emily Grant is a paralegal with Jameson & Powers, P.C. Having worked as an intern with the firm in 2021 while pursuing her bachelor’s degree, she returned upon graduation to become a full-time member of the team. Emily manages all aspects of third-party reports at the firm, including ordering, reviewing, and finalizing them — as well as handling any issues that may surface. She also serves as general support staff to the firm’s attorneys, conducts title and survey reviews, and assists with closings.
Emily takes satisfaction in tackling the new challenges that can arise on any given day and working with an efficient team that is dedicated to helping clients reach their objectives. From clients, to vendors, and municipality officials, Emily appreciates the opportunity to interact with a variety of individuals and build professional relationships with them. Working collaboratively with her co-workers to ensure each client’s needs are met, she finds it gratifying to see everyone’s hard work having paid off when a deal comes together at closing.
Emily is a graduate of the University of Dallas, where she earned her bachelor’s degree in Business.
Emily’s Favorite Things
When she isn’t in the office, Emily enjoys being outdoors, hiking, camping, playing sports, going on long walks, or playing pickleball. Outside of work, she also loves to read books, play cards, try out new recipes, and play both piano and guitar. On the weekends, Emily can usually be found spending time on the front patio of her parents’ house with any of her eight siblings, with whom she is very close.
