Daisy Mason joined the legal team at Jameson & Powers, P.C. in 2021 as an associate attorney. Daisy’s practice at the firm focuses on commercial real estate matters including complex closings, commercial lease negotiations, land development and property acquisitions with an emphasis on securing retail sites for national franchises throughout Texas. From projects throughout the DFW metroplex, to manufactured housing communities across the United States, Daisy’s real estate experience and acumen are valued by developers, property management companies, investors and property owners.

Daisy developed a strong interest in real estate law while she was still in law school. A fast-thinker with a passion for helping clients reach their goals, Daisy has a deep understanding of what it takes to close complex and sophisticated deals. She has earned a well-deserved reputation with clients for her responsive, diligent, and persistent representation. Daisy is committed to providing clients with communicative counsel and guides them step-by-step through their transactions.

Having grown up in Midland, Texas, Daisy wanted to practice law from a very young age. Eager to become an attorney, she earned her bachelor’s degree in Political Science with a minor in Legal Studies from the University of Texas at San Antonio in only three years, graduating cum laude. Daisy then went on to receive her juris doctorate from Texas Tech University School of Law, where she graduated summa cum laude.

During law school, Daisy served as the Articles Editor for the Texas Tech Law Review. She also interned with the Innocence Project of Texas in conjunction with the school’s Innocence Clinic program, where she worked to help wrongfully convicted individuals with overturning their convictions. As part of this work, she assisted with compiling a brief which was filed with the United States Supreme Court. In addition, Daisy had the honor of receiving the school’s Dean Darby Dickerson Journal Write-On Competition Award for her achievement in earning the highest score.
