Ben Simansky joined Jameson & Powers, P.C. as a paralegal in 2022. His primary responsibilities at the firm include handling matters concerning lease revisions for all commercial real estate properties. He also helps the firm’s attorneys with a variety of tasks, such as conducting research, assisting with title work, and preparing closing binders.
Whether he’s compiling documents for a real estate closing or answering questions from clients, Ben performs his job duties with meticulousness and careful attention to detail. He appreciates working with attorneys and staff who are communicative, knowledgeable, and dedicated to what they do. Ben takes pride in being the only man on a team that is passionate about working hard to ensure clients’ needs are always met.
Prior to joining Jameson & Powers, Ben spent a summer interning with the State’s Attorney’s Office in Madison County, Illinois. He graduated from the University of Dallas with a bachelor’s degree in Politics and a minor in Business.
Benjamin’s Favorite Things
When he’s not in the office, Ben plays in volleyball, soccer, tennis, and pickleball leagues. In addition, he enjoys traveling, backpacking, camping with friends, and practicing juggling. Ben is also an active volunteer with the High School Ministry at St. Ann’s Parish.
